Founder of the firm, specializing in real estate since the beginning of his career. Among the first lawyers in Israel to recognize the immense potential of urban renewal, he has chosen to develop special expertise in this field alongside handling numerous real estate transactions.

Over the years, he has represented a wide range of clients in many large and complex projects, including developers, contractors, investors, and purchasing groups. He has also represented housing associations in Tel Aviv and other cities.

His extensive knowledge, professional experience, and versatility have earned him a reputation as a top-tier lawyer in real estate in general and urban renewal in particular.

Adv. Boaz Stalkol

Head of the Northern Branch. Adv. Stalkol has legally guided dozens of real estate projects in Northern Israel (Haifa, the Krayot, Acre, and Nahariya), including “Buyer’s Price” programs, urban renewal projects, combination agreements, and bank financing agreements.

He previously served as Legal Advisor to Kiryat Motzkin Municipality, Carmelith (Haifa’s municipal corporation), and various housing associations in the Haifa and Northern regions.

Adv. Hadas Shariki-Romano

Adv. Hadas Shariki-Romano holds an LL.B degree and has been a licensed member of the Israel Bar Association since 2017.

Adv. Shariki-Romano leads the firm’s department for guiding purchasing groups, land acquisitions, and managing groups in co-ownership agreements for zoning changes, as well as accompanying zoning change procedures before planning committees.

In addition, she assists apartment owners and developers throughout urban renewal processes, handling all aspects of these projects from start to finish. She is known for her unwavering commitment to her clients’ rights, representing them with dedication and professionalism.

Adv. Lindsy Shaaya

Adv. Lindsy Shaaya graduated with honors (LL.B) from Ono Academic College and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2019.

She specializes mainly in civil and commercial litigation and has experience representing clients in various court instances and arbitration proceedings.

In the real estate sector, Adv. Shaaya guides buyers and sellers in property transactions of all types, including the purchase and sale of second-hand apartments and first-hand transactions directly from developers. She provides comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of the transaction.

Additionally, she handles the registration of joint houses, managing processes with the relevant authorities such as the Registrar of Joint Houses, the Land Registry Office, local authorities, and the Tax Authority.

She also offers ongoing legal advice to property management companies, including handling day-to-day legal issues, representation before regulatory bodies, and managing legal proceedings as needed.

Furthermore, Adv. Shaaya represents clients in debt collection and enforcement proceedings, both on behalf of creditors and debtors, working diligently and thoroughly to achieve the best results for her clients.

Adv. Tomer Haas holds an LL.B degree from Netanya Academic College and has been a licensed member of the Israel Bar Association since 2024.
