Aviv Tasa, Esq. is the founding partner at the Aviv Tasa law firm. Aviv specialises in in real estate and planning & construction transactions, and is a pioneer in the urban renewal practice area.

Over the years, Aviv has led real estate investment companies, contractors, public bodies, purchasing groups and private investors through various complex real estate transactions and large-scale residential projects.

Aviv has garnered extensive experience and substantial professional knowledge in the management of a wide range of real estate transactions, including real estate entrepreneurship, urban renewal purchase transactions, yielding real estate, purchasing groups and real estate finance. Moreover, Aviv has appeared before all court instances, including the various committees in the relevant authorities.

Yaniv Ben David, Esq

Yaniv Ben David is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Litigation Divisions.

As part of his job, Yaniv provides ongoing and comprehensive legal guidance and advice to both construction companies and private clients in a wide range of topics and transaction categories, including complex real estate ventures, and preparation of agreements and various types of documents. In addition, Yaniv provides legal representation in various areas of real estate taxation, planning and construction processes, administrating and conducting negotiation processes vis-à-vis banks, municipal authorities, contractors and other agencies and organizations.

In addition, Yaniv has gained specialization and rich professional experience over many years in all matters concerning civil litigation proceedings as well real estate litigation, including representation of clients on planning and construction committees, in local affairs courts, regarding demolition orders and non-conformance usage, as well as proceedings that include indictment filing.

Yaniv graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2005. Prior to becoming admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2006, Yaniv had an internship with one of the leading real estate law firms in Israel.

Yaakov Feder is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Division.

Yaakov has rich and diverse experience in various aspects of real estate, and provides ongoing and comprehensive legal guidance and advice, including sale and purchase transactions, partial exchange transactions, property betterment, preparation and editing of various documents and more. In addition, Yaakov handles various registration procedures in the Land Registration Department, including registration of warning notices, registration of pledges and more.

Likewise, Yaakov has a unique and profound professional specialization in the area of urban renewal, providing legal support and representation to developers and residents, including in carrying out projects such as TAMA 38 in all of its various forms. Within this framework Yaakov handles all of the legal aspects included in the procedures, beginning with the first pre-contract arrangements and through completion of construction and handover of property.
